Video Game Writing & Design Jobs

Video Game Writers craft and create the story, dialog, menus and titles, and sometimes even the descriptions of every single item in an RPG. It’s not easy to create all of that content and Writers are depended upon because Writing, Scripting, and Lore Creation are so very nuanced.

According to Polygon, Video Game Writing Jobs aren’t all that glamorous though, as creatives generally have their expectations crushed. Expecting to lead decisions in the main storyline in an entry-level position is certainly a pipe dream, however, we’ve met and worked directly with many smaller and indie game development studios where this is less so of a problem.

Many smaller studios and indie dev shops foster these engaging environments, allowing creativity to flourish, so this isn’t always a problem.
